Eq2i is publishing stolen content from RaidWiki

Last Sunday 9.7. 2006 I have mentioned that www.eq2i.com site without my permission is publishing as 100% identical copy of whole content of www.raidwiki.org site. I was heavily surprised because this publish was not announced to me. It was published without author’s agreement. It was published without our credits or even link to original source.
I attached info to these (only top these) stolen articles on www.eq2i.com about their source and I have tried to contact eq2i admins. I was proposed them some gentleman’s agreement some kind of cooperation how to legally share information from our server. But it was refused by proprietor of this site Brekken Andreas aka Ewil (andreas@abrekken.com) with response that eq2i is copying content form other servers not only from www.raidwiki.org in a very common way so they don’t want to even discuss problem with me.
This morning he put on main page funky message: I'd just like to personally remind everyone that defacing EQ2I is wasted effort. If information from your website/forum post/etc has been used without crediting you, simply edit the article and credit yourself on the bottom.
At the moment he is working on re-writing stolen articles so some of them are not pure copy but I think it changes nothing to our broken copyright right.
I have tried to contact owner of server where eq2i content is hosted (Jrgen Vigdal ANIONSYSTEMS-COM-DOM, Smalgangen 24, Oslo, NO 0188, Norway, +47 913 20 132) but ATM without any result.
I have also published info about this case to official SOE EQ2 forums but this message was deleted with this explanation. As you can imagine it did not satisfy me but I would say thanx to all people that posted there their support before this message was deleted.
At the moment I am trying to contact all players that publish eq2 info on their web pages to help me and make this case public as it is possible to try stopping this dishonesty act inside community around eq2. If you feel that you can and you want to help me please do not hesitate and publish info about this case and let try push eq2i remove stolen content from their pages.

Almost all RaidWiki content was copied so it is possible to continue with every single article published on RaidWiki. I got snapshot of eq2i site from 9.7. so I can easily fullfill all proof need.
On the end I would like to point out a few thinks:
- I am very happy if work of ppl around RaidWiki is used and appreciated by players. I have nothing against, if someone comes and ask for possibility to re-publish our article. I have always agreed on term that it is possible to share my article just with author's credit - as you can see on these examples that were published WITH our agreement and WITH our credits:
- The problem is not only about me but it is also problem that some of maps are not our work but we publish them with agrement of original authors and eq2i is corrupting also their copyrights. It is question especially of these articles:
- At the begining I offered agreement to eq2i but at the moment I want only one think - remove all our info from eq2i pages
