Very nice walk through here guys, its been a great help.. I have only 2 questions:
1. Do we have to clear the entire zone downstairs after repop before chargin Venekor, cause we cant get him without the statue comes to aid him ?
2. is it not possible to pull Venekor without getting add from the Statue at all ?

You do not have to clean anything from bellow, it should not matter.
The situation with Varanak (statue), as per our understanding, is as follows:
Theory 1) Venekor announces that he will call Varanak in case you try to flee him, or some kind of similar message he shouts. So one theory says he will not call Varanak to help him in case you will not try to run out of him, means towards door, revive by zone in, etc.
Theory 2) Some other comment we have received says Varanak does not come to help in case you do not fight at his line of sight. We had second group by Varanak, he gets aggro at the second you pull Venekor. So if this works then perhaps none attendee of the raid need to be in line of sight of Varanak, not just those fighting.
Our experience, we never managed to start and finish the fight without making Varanak aggro, so at the end we finished off-tanking Varanak with second group as described from start to end.
Any clarification from player that has personal experience with this is welcomed, word of mouth seems to be not working much.
