Xux'laio Master of the Fluttering Wing

Casts AE medium range AE stun. Spawns 2 lvl 72 3 arrow heroic adds time to time (not sure of the interval, but its time based, not Xux'laio Master of the Fluttering Wing mob's health based what triggers the adds to appear).
Hard encounter. Need ideally two tanks, one to tank the named, other to focus on killing the adds that pop.
The AE stun makes the encounter annoying. Once the named agroes, the raid is ported to a separate instance.
